The delivery costs 15 EUR/km excluding VAT. The total kilometres comprise the outward leg and return leg of the flight. The price is subject to the following terms and conditions: - Landing fees at major airports are not included (London, Paris, Schiphol, Frankfurt, Munich, Vienna, Zurich, Milan, Brussels, Berlin). Here, the costs must be determined at short notice as required. Ideally, smaller airports or airfields should be used, as handling is much easier there. - The price includes a 3-hour turnaround time per flight (time between landing and take-off for the return flight). From the 4th hour, € 30.00 net per hour. - Distances and prices apply from Schoder Helicopter GmbH, Riesing 1, 3361 Aschbach Markt. - The departure point is always Riesing 1, 3361 Aschbach Markt (distance as the crow flies from the LiSEC production site in Seitenstetten 8 km). - Reaction time before departure in Aschbach Markt is ca. 30-45 minutes from order confirmation.

LiSEC also has the optimal solution for cutting laminated glass: the VSL-A. We presented this machine on the fair in Düsseldorf 2018. Due to the patented SIR infra-red radiator, the cutting technology and the clamping technology, the machine can also handle laminated safety glass, with a high amount of tension in it. Our focus is, that we don´t bring any additional tension in the glass during the cutting and the result is a up to 10% better cutting quality, than comparable systems on the market. Concerning the cutting wheel and breakout roller pressure: For 6.8 (33.2) we are using a 145° cutting wheel @ 1,7bar cutting pressure and 1,6bar breakout roller pressure. For 8.8 (44.2) we use a 155° cutting wheel @ 2,4bar cutting pressure and 2bar breakout roller pressure. For 14.8 (66.4) we use a 155° cutting wheel @ 2,8bar cutting pressure and 2,4bar breakou roller pressure. Hope this is usefull for you! Maybe for your interest, we are offering now a retrofit package for our patended SIR heating system. This system is used also @ our VSL-A laminated cutting maching. The heating bulbs are just 900mm long and much more powerfull.
